  • 10 ounces of pineapple, crushed, juice reserved and drained
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 20 ounces of can pineapple tidbits, drained and juice reserved
  • 1 cup of reserved pineapple juice
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup of shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of acini de Pepe noodles
