Method of preparation

Step 1: Firstly, preheat your oven at 375 degrees F . Then spread out your broccoli in a medium rectangular casserole dish.

Step 2: Stir in your cheddar cheese and garlic together in a different bowl. Then sprinkle the cheese evenly over your broccoli and add a pinch of pepper and salt to taste.

  • 1 egg yolk

Method Of Preparation

Step 1: Firstly, preheat your oven at 325 degrees F. Scoop out your vanilla ice cream in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave your ice cream for about 40 seconds or until it melts completely. Then allow cooling for about 5 minutes.

Step 2: Add your egg yolk into the melted ice cream and whisk well to combine. Now pour out your mixture into a ramekin and place the ramekin in a pan. Pour hot water into the pan to come roughly halfway up the sides of the ramekin.

Step 3: Bake for at least 50 minutes. The creme brulee should be set by now but it will still get a little jiggly in the middle. Now, remove the ramekins from the roasting pan and allow them to cool to room temperature, cover the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 3 days.

Step 4: You can now remove the creme brulee from the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before browning your sugar on top.

Step 5: Sprinkle in the sugar on top of each creme brulee, using a torch melt the sugar for a crispy top. and allow it to sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 6: You can make different flavors by using different ice cream flavors. If you are using flavored ice cream make use of one egg.
